Refund and Returns Policy

At Fruglysta, we take pride in our commitment to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to initiate a return or exchange. If this is the case, we want to ensure that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within seven days of delivery. It is important to note that we kindly request that you provide a photograph of the product in the event of any damage, as this helps us to better understand and address any issues.

Please keep in mind that a fee of Rs. 99 will be charged for each product returned. Additionally, you must return the item to us in its original packaging, as it was received at the time of delivery. If the item has been worn or washed, or if it is returned without its original packaging, we will not be able to process the return.

Refunds will be processed within three working days of receiving the product in our warehouse. These refunds will be credited in the form of a Fruglysta coupon, which will be sent to your registered email address. This coupon can be used for future purchases at our store and is valid for six months.
